Original Discuz!X SC_UTF8 has the title limit: 80 bytes (~40 characters).
Multilingual Discuz!ML has a larger title limit: 255 bytes (~120 characters).

Why you want MORE than 120 characters in a title???

I have checked the code.
You are right!
There are a lot of places in the code where titles are trimmed to 80 characters
I will try to fix that...

And you can help to find that type places in the code!
