Search Button in IE7 issue

Today, I try to install the newest version of DX2.0, it shows some issues.

Please see the snapped pictures.

I try to open the site with Chrome, it looks like this, the logo is misaligned with others.

I try to open the site with IE7, the search character is out of the button,

is that a bug?

My system is XP english version.
