my website code to php7?

everyone hi
iam new here and do not have good experience in disuz, i have installed discuz 3.0 from 5 ago and now years my host server asked me to change my php from 5.6 to 7.1 php version
when tried to do that my discuz has stopped with How to fix this
version of discuz that's support php7.1

Just update your Discuz to the latest release, latest revision.
I.e. revision 850 for Discuz!ML v.3.4.

iam sorry for late
i don't have experience in discuz forum i only was work as operator on forum ,but now i have faced many problems after host server updated thier php to ver 7.2
and my old discuz work on php 5.6 only
my forum down from time to time
i like to update it to be latest discuz that's supported php 7.2 without loss any files from my old discuz forum please

First of all you have to think about full backup of your website (files + database). Then you should download the latest release of discuz and run the updater. Many topics about it you will find on this board or take a look at readme file inside of discuz package.

you means backup my file+database first then run  update from control panel of discuz ?

i hope if you can create one video for that to follow  it wihout loss my old files+database
