Issue With Here

I think for a while there was an issue with this discuz, where an error said for my normal member usergroup "You need to set an avatar before you can continue" with any actions
I set an avatar and it still said this error, but since I was upgraded to Full member it doesn't do that anymore
(On Here CodersClub)
I noticed on my forum as well that people set avatars but in phpmyadmin the avatarstatus field is always 0
and It doesn't change

Found a solution in X2 FAQ:

11. After avatar upload users still have no permission to add posts.
Solution:
Go to AdminCP - Admins - UCenter settings.
Do not fill 127.0.0.1 to the UCenter IP address setting,
leave this blank or enter a real site IP address.
