Includes the engine itself and 2 language packs: Simplified Cinese & Traditional Chinese.

how to use SVN for engine and how to use TortoiseHG for language pack?

starting at Dx2.5 only TortoiseHG is used
just create 2 repo folders at your pc, one for engine & other for the language(s) you need

It is simple,
just do not clone the second repository (discuz-lang).
