1.- last review 318 "upload" and replace all
2.- Copy all the files in the folder / utility / *
-covert
-oldprg
-lang_restore.php
-lang_update.php
-restore.php
-update.php
and paste everything in www/install/*
3.- I close the site in admin center
4.- www/install/update.php and update the forum successfully
5.- message congratulations ............ bla bla bla
6.- Delete update.lock
7.- cache...... limpio via admin center
8.- my forum is still Rev 304

You are using very complex way...
Just upload all files to your site and clean all the cache from AdminCP.
Nothing else.
