I am sorry that the main idea of my article is not clearly enough.
The main idea:
   1. Chinese translate into a detail English version, Native Speakers translate to the final language package.
   2. I introduce a plugin to avoid translating the same words and help group-working by dsu as a co-operation.

I have visited some of features of English version. Though I am a Chinese the idea that it is simply translated by Google appears. For a simple example, in the post page,
   "Disable Parse URL" should be translated as "Never Parse URL" or something like it which is more natural.
   "Add Feed" can be "Feed to me" for it means more clearly.
But I am very happy that "积分" however can be translated as "Points" not "credits" which is usually not correct enough.

Here, I wanna introduce a procedure. That is Chinese->(Translated by Chinese)Detail English->(Translated by Native Speakers)English, Franch and so on. In this prodecure, the situation that it's not native enough and the problem that many translators can not catch the detail meaning can be solved.

In some newspaper press, when the article finished, paper will be sent to a paid native speaker to polish the style. Now I know nothing about translation job of this project, but the problem that the style is not nature enough is just obvious.

And the following is a technology from the DSU Team.

Using a helper that can unify the style, and the program itself can cut down 33% translation work for it combines the item with same origin. Totally 11 thousand items. If more than one co-operates, and with translation package it becomes more possible.

As I can understand,
you are talking about the so named "social translation" or "collaborative translation" or "croudsourcing"?

I thought about this idea and planned to implement it in a code.
But, as always, it is not enough time for this

Please show a sample how it works.

Les traductions seront plus embellissants SI,
1/ les commentaires dans les fichiers
Exemple 1: pour les fichiers php "Add word" ' Ici on ajoute le mot c'est juste un exemple de commentaire.
Exemple 2: pour les fichiers .xml<!---->
2/ Les images Chinoises traduites en Anglais par exemple.

فكرة هذا البلوغين تقوم على اساس ان مترجم اصلي ( صيني في هذه الحالة ) يقوم بالترجمة (ترجمة مفصلة) إلى لغة ثانية ( أنجليزي), ثم ياتي دور شخص انجليزي الاصل ليدقق في تلك الترجمة و يصحهها, و بعد ذلك تترجم إلى لغات اخرى من طرف اناس اصليين ايضا. كل هذا حتى تكون الترجمات اكثر دقة, لانه في نظره فإن الترجمة الحالية تبتعد قليلا عن المعاني الاصلية للكلمات الصينية.

cwk32 veut nous aider à traduire le forum, et pour faire il nous recommande l'utilisation d'un plugin realisé par DSU Team. L'idée de ce plugin consiste dans le fait qu'au début, la traduction vers l'anglais doit etre faite par quelqu'uns d'origines chinoise, qui vont nous faire un traduction détaillée, qui sera ensuite corrigée par d'autres personnes d'origines anglaise, puis les autres traductions seront elles aussi faites par des natives. Et ce-ci dans le but de faire un traduction plus naturelle, car selon lui la traduction anglaise actuelle ne l'est pas dans beaucoup de cas.

The plugin has been written but it can only run on X2.5. For it uses some features that may not be suitable to X2.

Is it possible to install a X2.5(Demo or Beta) to this server and I contribute the plugin here?
