A patch to fix some RTL template bugs

Hi everybody
I'm glad to particite with in this magnificent project. I not noticed some bugs in RTL template. I correct someones (please see pictures below) and made a patch to be integrated in the SVN.

I added an image to \static\image\common\, do I have to upload it separately, or it is already included in the patch created by TortoiseSVN?
An other question: is there something in discuz template like this:

<!-- if RTL -->
      some code related to rtl
<!--else-->
      something other related to ltr
<!-- end if-->

??

no, we use 2 file of css
for english , ltr langs use *.css
for arabic and RTL langs  use *_rtl.css
