How to turn on home.php in Discuz!X2.5 ?

Somebody help me, to enter home.php in my forum in localhost, test.

localhost/foro/home.php, block 1, 2, 3 .... etc
home.php?

discuz.net/home.php, block 1, 2, ,3 ... etc
home.php active

it's in admin cp, you need to search for "home_status"
or something like that and improvise to get it turned on
it's in the general settings global I think
