The image "static/image/common/qq_big.gif" is not translated:

Chinese text on the image means: "QQ Chat".

We need:

Redraw the image WITHOUT the text on it, but added the "double bubble" icon instead...
So, it can be: the penguin at left + bubbles at right

The word "Chat" looks different in different languages!
So the before variant is not suitable.
My suggestion:
Left part = Penguin
Center part = "QQ" word
Right part = International Chat Icon = two bubbles
