i change permission to upload 100 mb its not uploading always says error.then i got to know that its the problem in server how to change the upload permission

Edit php.ini
upload_max_filesize = 8M

then restart http server.

Go to your hosting-control-panel.
If you can not find a page for manage your services,
just ask help from your hosting provider.

On most free hosts, you CANNOT change php configurations.
