[#200] Thai Name of Plugin is NOT Thai Lang.

When go to link: admin.php?action=plugins

Name List of plugin, CANNOT show the Thai language?

But, show other lang.

And, .XML files of any plugin, has been to UTF-8 encoding.

Help me, plz..

Try to change the first line of all the plugin XML files:

1. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Copy the Code

Then clean plugin cache.
