Better RTL admincp

When i entered to admin panel i found that the rtl style not beautiful
so this is my admincp.css file ,, with better rtl

it is built on default admincp.css not ML so i think vot should do some edits

My dear friend,
/static/image/admincp/admincp.css is for LTR languages.
DO NOT TOUCH this file!
Use the admincp_rtl.css instead!

Dear vot I know .. I use my own Arabic Duscuz version not ml ..
You can use this file to edit your RTL file .. Or I think you can just rename it to admincp_RTL.CSS

What about the vertical scroll bar?
It would be nice to glue it to the left side...

I tried but can't .. It made me mad
If you can help me to do that it would be nice . cuz i tried for hours but couldn't do that
