Upload Pictures issues

Whenever I upload more than 5 picutes, this error shows up... (it looks like already been uploaded to the server, becuase I can access the files after a while and it shows as "unsed images")

I'm pretty sure there is no issue with php.in (both set to max.) or picturse size(small pictures <100k)

Not enough info.
What the version/release/revision?
What the URL?
What the files uploaded?
What the files uploaded size?
What happened when upload a single file?
