What's wrong with Register?

I have made a site by discuz!x3.0 MultiLingual version. When I met some issues, I decide to register a account here. But it is not easy.
After Click register, I start to fill my e-mail.


The screenshot's mail is a fake one, Never mind, just for describe the step. And I start to receive mail.


Wow~I am almost success!


Click the URL! But I return to the beginning!

So I collects many mails....


But all failed!! I felt angry, not only because I can't register, but also I can't inform vot or other administrator about this issue.
Then, How could I register successfully? Here.....


Please test it, if it exist, need to be fixed.

By the way, here is a bug: No words, such as 'browse' to display here when user uploads image.
