Ho to instal plugins?

does anyone know where to instal new plugins in admincp??
because there is no option for plugins in admincp...
i have already downloaded and extracted a plugin in source/plugins..

Go to AdminCP-> Extensions -> Plugins ,
& install it from there..

PS:
If you are having trouble in finding any options,
make use of the 'search' option provided in AdminCP..
