How to remove useless orphaned forum attachments

does anybody know how to bulk remove attachments from the discuz?
i mean only those which were orphaned ... due to database being restored to an old one or something else...
cause if we restore an old database then all the new attachs are orphaned..
how do we remove them to decrease site size???
