1) This is a bad translation, imho.
It must be something like "Characters left to enter: 2".
2) In my English Dzx the thread title length is  limited to 255 (it is quite enough, I think)
3) But Dzx original code limited the thread title to 30 character only!

So, we have solve the first and the third problems...

When user enter the name of topic each letter is considered for three. So really instead of 80 characters the user has only 26.

It is because of the input length is counted as single bytes in ASCII encoding, but you really enter multibyte characters in UTF-8 encoding.

Теперь заголовок поста вводится корректно: отсчет оставшихся символов ведется правильно и удается ввести название длиной до 80 символов. Но при попытке редактировать такой пост выскакивает сообщение об ошибке.
