Help with chosing the right version of UCenter & Discuz X2 English

I just got a new hosting and ready to install discuz English and Ucenter English.

I find UCenter 1.6.0 EN-UTF8 by vot from here,

Is it still good to use?

And is English DiscuzX2 work with UCenter 1.6.0 EN-UTF8? Or I need to use a older version?
Where should I dl the right version of English DiscuzX2?

Is Discuz 7.2 English has less bug which will be a good start for new user like me?

I been reading about the installation and find some instruction. But seems like they all tell a little difference.
Where can I get the link to learn how to install Discuz and UCenter?

"UCenter 1.6.0 EN-UTF8 by vot" contains absolutely the same code
that is placed inside the "Discuzx 2.0 EN-UTF8 by vot".

"UCenter 1.6.0 EN-UTF8 by vot" is required only if you want to install the UCenter separately for some reasons.
If you want DiscuzX - you do not need to install UCenter, because it is included allready into the DiscuzX.

Is Discuz 7.2 English has less bug which will be a good start for new user like me?

Some user choose this variant because of they want only clean and lightweight  forum.
But I can not said that Dz7.2 is less buggy

If you want not only Forum but Social Network + Forum - you need to install the DiscuzX!

I found the DiscuzX 2.0 below, is this the right file to dl?
And which alreaddy included UCenter 1.6.0 EN-UTF8 like you mention above.

You can download English Discuz!X 2.0, Release 20110817, Patch level 63.
But any downloadable files very quickly stay obsolete.
This file has revision #63.
But the current revision is 86 ! (Look at the bottom-left corner of this page).

So the BETTER WAY to get the latest revision - it is get it from the SVN repository!

You can enter any language text, because of this version use an international UTF-8 encoding, that supports ALL THE EXISTING LANGUAGES.

There is a short installation instruction inside the Discuzx package.
/readme/readme.txt
No other instructions required.

2. Set the directory properties (windows server can ignore this step).

   http://your_domain/forum_catalog/install/

4. Follow the installation prompts and tips
   until the installation is completed.

I read about code repository & TortoiseSVN..this may take a little time to get use to it

There is no direct DL link for rev. #86.

But you can get this revision by SVN, and then update it any time you want to the next latest revision...

Of course you can Dl rev. #63 and install it. And it will work sometimes
When you installed SVN, all the product files will be loaded to your computer again,
but for the latest SVN revision.
