The email do not appear for Registered users
So users can not Vryfay
Please help me

1) That version is not supported, it is obsolete.
The latest x2ML is:
Release 20120628, © 2001-2013 Comsenz Inc.
MultiLingual version, Rev. 401, © 2009-2013 codersclub.org

When a new user is registered. No message dont send to the their email

I think your site mail settings are not correct.
Check Email configuration.
Try to use another mail method (Sendmail, PHP Mail, SMTP Server).
