[Solved] Upload button disappeared?

Hi,

please see picture below.

Tested in Firefox and Chrome. Same result.
Do you know how I can fix it?

Thank you first.
I have checked but it seems the image is still not displayed. I had updated cache etc, clean browers history and using different browsers. Could you please help me check?

1) Please check the image exists:
source/language/XX/image/uploadbutton.png

2) Check if this image translated

3) Try Clean cache, and then CTRL-F5 for reload the page.

I am using 170 rev. and I see no issue with that.

After upgrade to 188 I have got the same problem. Additionality there is another problem with `Upload` button.

It was a bug in #186.
Fix in #194.
