Grab sofa and Grab floor

Could you explain please, what exactly are Grab Sofa and Grab Floor Thread?

Chinese people like to enumerate posts by words but not by numbers.
I.e.
#1 = 楼主, =  "Landlord", = The top position, Topic Starter
#2 = 沙发, = "Sofa", = The  second position
#3 = 板凳, = "Wooden bench" = The third position, below the "Sofa"
#4 = 地板, = "The floor" = the fourth (lowest) position below the "wooden bench"

I assume that "grab Sofa" means "became a man who posted the first reply to the thread (get the second position, Sofa).
I assume "Grab floor" means something like this too.
