Cannot move upload window.

If it is under the bar,the move cursor is lost.I can't move it again.

How to solve this bug.

uninstall all the latest plugins

on codersclub have the same problem too. The image is capture from coderclub.
It can move when i use IE only,Firefox and Chrome cannot move.

Trying to simulate with FireFox...

I see it is working OK here!

So, the problem is present at your computer only.
