You should NOT do ANY changes in footer. Visit discuz.net and take a look at footer.

You are not supposed to remove copyrights, unless u have permission from the corresponding authorities .
These are copyrights for the free version of Discuz! that you are using.
If you are using Discuz! ML by Codersclub, then you MUST preserve their copyrights!

I found any copyright but should admin permit me to instruction of change or edit copyright.
