Settings›Personal Info

When i set time zone to (GMT +05:30). It automatically set to
(GMT +05:00) Ekaterinburg, Islamabad, Karachi, Tashkent

This bug is universal in every discuz forum

(
→ Handset Make/Model -: Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300
→ NON-ROOTED

→ Android OS Version  -: 4.3 Jellybean (27 December 2013)

→ Operator, APN & Type  -:   Aircel GPRS,aircelgprs (2G)

→ Country -: India

→ Platform-: Android

→ The bug is-: Always

→ Cloud Acceleration - : On as well Off

→ UCBrowser V9.7.0.398 Android swac pf145 (en-us) intrialjsc (Build1403262129)

The bug seems to appearing only with time zone: +5:30 .
All Indian users are facing the same issue..
Whenever we set +5:30 ,it automatically sets to +5:00.

Earlier this problrm was not their this problrm comes with discuz 3.0
When Discuz 3.0 enters
