Change time of login try

I want to change time and count of login try default is 5 timed for 15 minutes
"Wrong password too many times, please log in again after 15 minutes"

At least you can try to search the key of that message in a language file,
and then search that key in the code...

Go to: UC_server -> Settings.
Edit the "Allows times of login failures:" parameter (default=5) to what you want.
Submit the page.

Works ok from the revision #434.
