On line hours not updating

My on line hours have not updated since the forum changes have taken place.  Do they no longer count in the equation for earning credits and moving up the levels?  Has the formula changed and if so, what is it?

Moderators, please help!  Since the new site changes, I lost all the online hours I had and have had ZERO online hours since. How do I get my hours back and add new? I know they are an important part of the equation when computing the money I have so I can level up.


Also, since the site changes I am having great difficulty downloading - everything from download speed to partial downloads.  I have cleared my cache, reset computer, reset router, etc., all indicators say it is a problem from the site. I'm a relative computer neophyte, so I need help or direction here also.


I LOVE THIS SITE! It is a wonderful community and I have learned so much. I don't want to loose my membership.


Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

I think it is not possible, because of X2 upgrade procedures doew not do such type operation.
May be I am wrong... I'm not sure...
Check the update/convert procedure code...
