I think cloud based service ,cause we use http://dl.mobcent.com/d/aca/apk/app85807/Mobil_1.0.9.apk link for download app.And can configure our app from appbyme website

I think we can't change some areas but we can use it for undestand how to work mobile app with discuz

Hmmm I have bought a new device running by Android OS. Maybe I will take a look at translation or something... but I have to read whole topic...
