1) The folder where you do a right click is maked by green "V", i.e. all is equal to repository.
2) In the popup window I see "File list is empty".

All this means that in that folder there are NO MODIFIED FILES!

In what the folder you made your modifications???

I followed the steps correctly, however I still happening.

Please receive my spaniush language lang_xxx, without having to create patch , only miss 7 lang

Ok, no problem vot.
SVN folder I've never played for my modifications, I've only updated subsequent revisions.



I do my modifications to the folder "Discuz! Internacional" (exported from the SVN folder)
after the translation, i verify the translation and sent it to the folder "Español Original" before attach to codersclub.

It is clear now, why TortoiseSVN do not see your modifications
It looks for changes in "Discuz! International" folder,
but all the changes are in other place - in "Discuz! Internacional".

This branch contains the OBSOLETE English version, that is not supported already.
