in synchronize by  sourcetreeapp , how we can trace changes of repository by path and files??

mj1919, ANY HG client can show a list of changed files!
I.e. for TortoiseHG:
Just start the "TortoiseHg Workbench" - it is a Visual Repository Manager.

Look at my screenshot.
The most left column is a list of all your repositories.
Double Click at the interesting repository (in my case it is DZX30-HG).
The top right column is a list of revisions of current repository.
Under the revision list you will see next two columns:
all the modified file list at the left, and current file changes column (at the right).
When you click to any revision (in my case it is #200) you will see all the files modified in that revision.
When you click any file in the file list (in my case it is upload/source/language/ar/lang_admincp.php),
you will se all the changes in that file.

I never used these apps. It's only other way for people.

I will try and publish solution, but I suggest to you to use TortoiseHg. Now I have to take care of other work.
