Admincp can ask what to do in such case:
Get the genuine plugin or Force to install as is.

Just install any plugin from apps store and copy it in any place on your computer then delete the plugin from admin panel and move back plugin's folder that you copied to source/plugin then install it from admin panel not app store

The message came when you are trying to install plugin or template manualy and it is also exist in app store
