I recommend to use the ***_SC_UTF8.zip
Reasons:
1) Only UTF-8 supports ALL the languages inside a single charset.
2) "SC" (Simplified Chinese) is a native language for Discuz developers, so this language have the higher priority and less errors/mistypes.
