- How to upgrade ucenter 1.5 to 1.6

- How to upgrade from X2.5ML to X3.0ML ?

I have a doubts. In the utility/convert/language from the x3 pack are there one file only: lang.php. But the upgrade file txt say: 6. Copy the file /instal/convert/language/lang_update.php
   to the /source/language/ directory at your site.

Are the same files??
