About the Discuz!x3.1, if I want to upgrade from x3.0, Whether I can simplely backup my database in x3.0, and restore it in x3.1? if it is not recommand, what's the best way to upgrde to x3.1?

AFTER x3.1ML will be ready,
you will be able to use the standard upgrade procedure:
