If any one faces internal server error while accessing admincp, kindly remove the last set of codes!
That is the one for blocking user agents.
I'll fix the uploaded file tommorow. Now i'm on mobile. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

It's because, some characters like '%3A, %2F' etc, which we had blocked is present in that url.
By the way, how did u got the login url in that way?(with those characters)? what u did just before this?

I use lastpass

Auto fill my login infos and ı just clicked login button

Account		Remember me	Forgot password?
Password			Register
