I see you got your formal answer, as that was precisely what I was referring to but was not sure if there was an additional setting outside of the user Groups themselves.

Works fine on our Forum, be careful how you set the limits especially if you are using a formula for User Groups that includes the ratings. We have seen members artificially bump up Members to higher groups by maxing out their ratings with the daily free ratings. Be thoughtful when deciding what your ratings will be and take all things into consideration first.
