Some errors in discuz_application.php after fresh installation

Seems like everything works fine now. I can log in as user, but at localhost I have to go to admin page and then log.

I logged in to admin and then cleared cache. It helps.

Yes, I have the same problem. Cannot to log in my forum though normal form.

... but on real hosting it works.

Looks like the logging but is gone but white page after installation still exists.

I see the base app settings are not set in the first execution.
It is strange...
I'm trying to understand this by step-by-step debugging...
