cd your_discuz_folder (where readme, upload, utility and .hg placed)
hg pull

I think rev #111 is okay. I tested #115 (little changes in languages) and it works fine.

it mean i have to download it and upload it again right? this link right? one more thing...i have to upload hg,readme,utillity and upload folder right because before this i upload without that folder

.i have to upload hg,readme,utillity and upload folder

You have to PULL (download) all this folders into your local repo copy.
But DO NOT UPLOAD the .hg, readme, utillity, upload folders!!!!
You have to upload to the site only all the files/folders FROM INSIDE the "upload/" folder.

sorry vot... i do it like you say and it never work....... i think i have to use x2 back again.. so tired.......
