Check HTTP error log.
Check PHP error log.
Check MySQL error log.
Use MyPHPAdmin for check the DB integrity.

you forget to set 777 permission to "data" folder an all the folders inside it.

Now CLEAN ALL THE CACHE!

still no change..
site had 3270+ posts
and 10+ sections....but now it is blank.....and i cant login into it.....
