Hmm..It seems strange because me too tried with auto password save enabled..but didn't faced the problem..
& also that url contains blocked characters.
If the problem occurs frequently, u can clear those rules that contains characters like %2F, %3A etc..
I mean those lines similar to the following one:

1. RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} [a-zA-Z0-9_]=http%3A%2F%2F [OR]

It's difficult to spot each one, because almost all the set of codes contains rules for blocking these characters..

Hey, let you first understand what the meaning every line have, before adding or removing it!
The last copypasted condition means not BLOCK THESE STRANGE CHARACTER,
but "Block the request if it contains something like keyword=URL".

Yeah! I also meant the same..
Sorry if my careless wordings made confusion.
I just meant to say, that they blocks requests/URL which contain those words.

every other line contains that above code...and if a removed wrong one ill get 500 internal server error.

THINK before adding or removing any code!!
That rows depends one from other, so you have to handle it very carefully!

If that happened again, remove the last code block, I written there( It caused many problems recently)...starting from
# Block suspicious user agents and requests.....

That whole set is independent from the others...
Try removing it as a whole & tell how it goes..
