I hope, X2.5 is a little bit faster then the first X2 version.
The first X2 release was horrible.

Please compare your files with the original ones!

hmm, I see, I added a eew new countries. INdonesia, and Phillippinnes and the install_data.sql is not fully translated as I said

Surpize!!!
Repository common_district files ARE TOTALLY CORRESPONDING with the 2.5 by structure and by number of rows, and totally translated to English!

So, I offer to just use districts from X2ML repository.
Of course, you can verify it and correct bugs if found.

OK! I actually Manually did it myself without google translate auto thing
I am in the process of updating the template files to better suit the english format,
