If your computer is infected, then any (all) ftp-client can be vulnerable,
because of viruses can send your keyboard input and active URLs to a hacker.
First of all check your home computer with an anti-virus software.
Then compare files on your two sites. Pay attention to any files differs or new.

Use an antivirus to scan your system.....

I think ı dont have any virus because 5 days ago ı downgrade my windows.Its new and fresh.And I use Avast.I check files ıf ı dont see
Can ı do it with winmerg?

WinMerge is quite good for compare two projects.

I find too much files changed but they are cache or template files ı need check specil lfolder?.Reinstall is easy way?

I cant see much code change.I see only name(Discuz Türkiye,Mtkdestek) and settings(DB pass,name etc) changed
