And registration in google does not required.
Just enter the repository URL in your SVN client.

Make your modification in your local copy.
Then update to the latest revision,
then make a patch and attach it here.
I'll apply your patch to repository.

I'll do it when the template modifications to suit english is almost complete
then I'll upload it and give it to you,
the translations are going to come afterwards, I am doing both at the same time (multitasking)
it's a piece of cake for me (Live in Canada, first language english) ;)

create a clone of my repository at google code.
I this case you will not depend from me.
I can apply modifications from your repository to my repository.
