First of all I made the same layout for LTR and RTL.
It was required for css comparing and debugging!
Now you can modify as you wish.
But answer my previous question #33!
Why you have modified width and height?

With the default (your) width and height shows the problems

Hey, we are talking about different blocks!
I have corrected the search bar and "breadcrumbs" navigation bar (under the search bar).
Do you see any bugs here?

But you are talking about the post editor styles.
It is not the same as the searchbar, and it have it's own separated styles.

So, just let's correct the editor style...
