English version and Qing theme

Here is the question:

I want to use English and the Qing theme.
After I installed the Multil-lang version, I updates my theme to the qing theme,
It doesn't has a language switch bar, also has some places messed up. Like the navigation Bar.

01 How can we install english version, only english with out other language. Too many different
Languages is not that good.  (IF I only want too keep english how can I do that?)

02 If we can add languages switch bar to the Qing theme, that wiil be terrafic.Witch file should we modify.

How did you fixed this part， mine is messed up

Fanha99, I've alredy downloaded your theme ,which part is unfinished?
Why don't you make the language bar show up even you don't log in????

most of them is not finish yet

I still not have enough free time to finish it.

about the language bar for not logged screen, I know where to add the code, but I'm not good in design, and I'm not know where to put it in screen design.

you can try to add
