Chinese versions need "Change language" and Arabic pages reversed

1. Both Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional versions are missing the "Change language" next to the flag icon.








2. All pages of Arabic version are reversed.

1. Both Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional versions are missing the "Change language" next to the flag icon.

Not only two this, but ALL the languages flag/style icons restyled!
For now you can separate the textual preface and pop-up title.
For example:
'changestyle' - Shown as a prefix before the icon.
'change_language' - Shown as a prefix before the icon.
'changestyle_title' - Shown as a pop-up title.
'change_language_title' - Shown as a pop-up title.

In my revision 'changestyle' and 'change_language' == '' (empty string).
You can set it as you wish.

All the arabic world writes fro right to left
