How to create a Product thread (Trade)

Go to your Admin Center.
Click "Forum" Tab in the to menu bar.
Click "Forums" from the left menu.
Select a forum where you want to enable Product (Trade) threads.
Click the "Edit" link for choosed forum.
Click the "Post options" at the top sub-menu
Turn on the check-box "Market thread"


After this you can go to your forum and add a Trade (market) threads to this forum.

The result looks like this:



Use the same method for enable Poll, Award, Debate or Event threads.

Every product page have 2 links under the product image (see previous screenshot):

There is no such functionality in current version.
Try to use specialized "Real Estate" module.

Ok, I will post the step by step how-to below, quite simple.

First, see the end result screenshot:
I want to create property listing of different types on property, HDB, Condo...
and allow user to input property data field of each type.
