How can I remove the number of "new member" from the forum front page?

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to remove the "number of new member"
from the forum front page? (Pls see attachment)

I have removed the following code from template/default/forum/discuz.htm but it still shown up?

<span class="pipe">|</span>{lang index_members}:
<em>$_G['cache']['userstats']['totalmembers']
</em>

Apart from the number of new member, how can I also remove "the
number of post from today and yesterday" too?

It still show up, because you have to go to ACP -> Tools -> Update Cache. Try this.

I have update the cache now but it still show up? Any idea why?
Are there any file(s) that I need to modify other than the one I mentioned before?
