Polish UCenter

As you know, our UCenter is multilingual too.
There are 12 languages onboard already.
But Polish language for UCenter still does not exists

Let us create Polish language pack for UCenter!

What to do:
1) See current languages in our UCenter at the uc_server/language folder.
2) Get any language pack, i.e "en" (English)
3) Copy all the "en" folder with all the files inside into new "pl" folder.
4) Translate all the files inside the uc_server/language/pl folder (very few, less than in DiscuzX).
5) Apply your job to our repository

That's all

Great!

Verifying result:

1) admin.lang.php is ANSI-encoded
2) lang.inc.php is ANSI-encoded
3) lang_js.js is ANSI-encoded
4) locale.xml is OK
5) main.lang.php is OK
6) messages.lang.php is ANSI-encoded
7) templates.lang.php is UTF-8, but have a BOM at the beginning.

I recommend to use Notepad++ for edit language files.
This product enable to deal with any encoding easy on the fly.

Now polish words are ok, but chinese comments totally corrupted

I think, it would be nice to just remove all the Chinese comments.

Are you talking about "??" in .JS file, right?
