Ucenter communication problem

Hi there,

I really need help here. Many many thanks in advance.

I have installed multi-language version 2.0 in my production site.
Everything is smooth.
However, when I install the "exactly" the same thing in my back up site.
Problem arise. (It is a brand new installation, I haven't done anything yet.)

There is error message..
"The connection was reset.." Please see screenshot.

My question is:
1)Why that happen? (I install exactly the same thing before without any problem.)
2)How to fix it?

Something wrong in your UC config...

So exactly which file(s) is having problem and what kind of modification(s) I need
to do in order to fix this? Could you please kindly let me know.

Hi Vot,

Thank you so much for your help.
When I reinstall (the 3rd time) the whole thing in a different directory, it works!
I think there may be something wrong in the server side when
I did the first 2 installation.
